Bioforge Labs only offers products and shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
1. Shipping Area
We deliver exclusively to addresses within Australia. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Queensland.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- We may contact you before processing your order to verify account details or research intent.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery (usually 3–5 business days)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to Australia Post or courier service issues.
5. Shipping Costs
- Flat rate shipping fees apply to all orders.
- Promotions may apply where shipping fees are waived.
6. Risk and Delivery
- Ownership and risk of the products pass to you once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
7. Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package using the link provided.
