Q: What are your products intended for? :

All products sold on this website, including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, BPC-157, TB-500, and HGH, are strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are high-purity chemical reagents intended for in vitro and in vivo scientific studies, biochemical analysis, and laboratory experimentation by qualified researchers.

Q: Are your products for human consumption?

No. Our products are not for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or veterinary use. They are not medicines and have not been approved by the TGA or any other regulatory body for human or animal application. Any use outside of legitimate laboratory research is strictly prohibited.

Q: Where are you located?

We are based in regional Queensland, Australia. All orders are processed and shipped from our Queensland facility.

Orders & Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Domestic delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you use temperature-controlled shipping?

No. All peptide are in freeze dried powder format, which is chemically stable at room temperature for short periods of time. We do however recommend storing products immediately upon receipt according to the storage instructions on each product page.

Quality & Testing

Q: Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (CoA)?

Yes. We endeavour to supply a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (including HPLC and Mass Spectrometry data) with product. In rare cases where testing is still in progress, this will be clearly marked on the product page as “COA Pending.” You can also request your batch CoA by emailing us with your order number.

Q: What is the purity level of your peptides?

Our research-grade peptides are typically ≥99% pure, with most batches testing at ≥99.5%. Exact purity is confirmed via HPLC and listed on the batch-specific CoA.

Policies & Legal

Q: What is your returns and refunds policy?

Due to the nature of research-grade peptides, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Limited exceptions may apply for shipping damage or incorrect products (see our full Returns & Refunds Policy).

Q: Who can purchase from your website?

Our products are sold to qualified researchers, scientists, laboratories, universities, and research institutions. By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes and are at least 18 years of age.

Q: Are your products TGA approved?

No. Our products are research chemicals and are not TGA approved. They are not manufactured under pharmaceutical GMP standards and are sold exclusively for laboratory research.

Product Handling

Q: How should I store the lyophilized peptides?

For long-term storage, keep the lyophilized powder at -20°C in a laboratory freezer. For short-term use, 2–8°C (refrigerator) is acceptable. Always protect from moisture and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Refer to the specific storage instructions on each product page.

Q: How do I reconstitute the peptides for research?

Reconstitution guidelines are provided for laboratory use only. Use sterile bacteriostatic water or the appropriate buffer for your experimental needs. Only reconstitute the amount required for immediate experiments.
