Quality Assurance Policy
Bioforge Labs is committed to supplying high-purity research-grade peptides for laboratory and scientific use. We maintain strict quality control standards to support reliable and reproducible research outcomes.
1. Our Quality Commitment
All products offered on this website are manufactured using solid-phase peptide synthesis and undergo analytical testing to verify identity and purity. We endeavour to provide only research-grade materials with a minimum purity of 98% (typically ≥99% for most batches).
2. Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
- We aim to provide a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for every product.
- Each CoA includes key testing data such as:
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity
- Mass Spectrometry (MS) for molecular weight confirmation and identity
- Appearance and other relevant specifications
3. Products Without CoA
In some cases, a product may be listed and available for purchase while final batch testing is still in progress. In these situations:
- We will clearly indicate on the product page that the Certificate of Analysis is “Pending” or “In Testing”.
- The product will only be released for sale after internal quality checks confirm it meets our minimum standards.
- You may contact us before purchasing if a completed CoA is required for your research.
We strongly recommend waiting for the CoA if your research requires full documentation at the time of purchase.
4. Testing Methods
Our quality assurance process includes:
- Analytical HPLC
- Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS or MALDI-MS)
- Additional testing (e.g., solubility, appearance) as appropriate
- Ongoing stability monitoring of stored batches
Note: These tests are performed for research reproducibility purposes only and do not constitute pharmaceutical-grade validation or TGA-approved manufacturing standards.
5. Transparency and Continuous Improvement
We regularly review our sourcing and testing partners to maintain the highest possible standards for research chemicals. Should any batch fail to meet our internal quality criteria, it will not be offered for sale.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
- Review the CoA upon receipt
- Verify that the product meets the requirements of their specific research protocol
- Store and handle the product according to the recommended storage conditions
7. No Therapeutic or Pharmaceutical Claims
All testing and quality data relate solely to the chemical identity and purity for laboratory research. Our products are not manufactured under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for human use and are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary applications.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Quality Assurance Policy.
