Returns & Refund Policy
Bioforge Labs sells high-purity research-grade peptides strictly for laboratory and scientific use. Due to the nature of these products, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.
1. No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from our website.
This policy is in place because:
- All products are research chemicals sold in sealed, sterile vials.
- Once dispatched, products cannot be resold or reused due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards required for laboratory research.
- Opening or tampering with the product compromises its integrity for research purposes.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- All research peptides (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, BPC-157, TB-500, HGH, etc.)
- Any opened, partially used, or tampered vials
- Products that have been stored incorrectly by the customer
- Orders that have been shipped and successfully delivered
3. Limited Exceptions
We will only consider remedies in the following rare situations:
- Shipping Damage: If the product arrives visibly damaged (e.g., broken vial), you must notify us with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.
- Incorrect Product Shipped: If we accidentally send the wrong product, please contact us immediately with proof. We will arrange a replacement where possible.
All exceptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Bioforge Labs.
4. Cancellations
- You may request to cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). However, due to the specialised nature of research chemicals, many ACL guarantees (such as refunds) do not apply once the product has left our control.
6. How to Report an Issue
If you believe you qualify for one of the limited exceptions above:

- Provide your order number
- Include clear photographs of the packaging and product
- Submit your request within 24 hours of delivery
